Eftelya Apart

The apartment hotel is perfectly located in one of the best spots in Fethiye. There are forests and lots of green places so that guests can enjoy the fresh air and a clean environment. The air-conditioned complex was fully renovated in 2009 and consists of a total of 17 apartments and 2 studios. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services. Facilities include a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, games room, TV lounge, children's playground, kids' club, café, bar, restaurant and car park. For an additional fee, guests can avail themselves of the room and laundry services and hire bicycles.

Each of the en suite rooms has a balcony, double bed, hairdryer, bath or shower, fridge, safe, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, electric cooker, a kitchen and individually regulated air conditioning and heating.

The hotel arranges different activities for guests' leisure time daily, such as volleyball, bingo, karaoke, Turkish belly dance and pool-based activities. There is an outdoor pool with children's swimming area and poolside snack bar. For an additional fee, guests can participate in aqua fit sessions, play table tennis and pool/snooker, or go biking. There are also sun loungers on the sandy beach.

The hotel serves breakfast, and both lunch and dinner à la carte and from a set menu.
